Trafficking Flunitrazepam (between 4 grams and 14 grams):

  • Mandatory minimum of 3 years in prison; and
  • $50,000 fine.

Trafficking Amphetamine (between 14 grams and 28 grams):

  • Mandatory minimum of 3 years in prison; and
  • $50,000 fine.

Trafficking LSD (between 1 gram and 5 grams):

  • Mandatory minimum of 3 years in prison; and
  • $50,000 fine.

Trafficking GHB (between 1 kilogram and 5 kilograms):

  • Mandatory minimum of 3 years in prison; and
  • $50,000 fine.
