Who is Dan Sercombe?

In law school, Dan Sercombe was a hand-picked Supreme Court of Florida Certified Legal Intern in the Orange County State Attorney’s Office (Orlando). After graduation, he went on to work as an Assistant State Attorney in both St. Lucie County (Fort Pierce) and Indian River County (Vero Beach) Florida.

I was proud to serve the people as a Prosecutor in his early career. As a former prosecutor with the State Attorney’s Office, I have witnessed first-hand strategies and techniques used by the prosecution. I can often anticipate the prosecutor’s next move and being ready is half the battle.

Now as a Defender, I am even more proud to protect the rights of the accused, enshrined in the Constitution of the United States.
